Join us for an engaging webinar regarding protection of indigenous data and intellectual property from tribal law and policy and individual artist perspectives. 

Faculty will discuss keys to protecting indigenous data through legal agreements, the importance of cultivating authentic relationships with artists, and ensuring equitable representation in commissioning and attribution in ways that moves beyond the Western concept of a singular creator.
