In this one-hour ethics CLE, participants will learn about ethical and professional considerations to keep in mind during an election year. Topics covered include:
-Limits on a lawyer’s statements about candidates for judicial or public legal office;
-Expressing political opinions in the workplace;
-Dealing with political differences among fellow lawyers and clients;
-Special considerations for public lawyers, including tribal lawyers.
